Damaged items only
Claims are only accepted if the item is received damaged. Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please share clear photo/video proof along with your order details.
How to file a claim
To file a claim, message us on WhatsApp at +92 XX XXXXXXXX or email us at hello@thebareedit.pk with your order ID and clear photo/video evidence of the damage.
Resolution
Approved claims will be issued a store credit voucher of equal value. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Please note
Natural variations in finish, tone, or minor imperfections are not considered defects. Damage caused after delivery (wear, mishandling, exposure to chemicals, etc.) is not covered.
